I’m Jeff Natale. I’ve dedicated my career to helping families thrive throughout a complicated 
admissions process.

With over 15 years of experience as an educator, coach, and school leader, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the right support can be during pivotal moments in a student’s educational journey. Whether it's navigating the admissions process, improving interview skills, or helping students refine their stories for an application, I bring a personal, practical, and thoughtful approach to every partnership.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in online, boarding and independent day school settings, guiding students through admissions interviews, essay writing, and school decisions. I've been a part of the decision making process for private schools and on the other end of the decision cycle on the placement side.  The process can be fun, (somewhat) stress free, and very rewarding with the proper advice and partnership.

At the heart of my work is a belief in relationships--that students are more than test scores, that schools thrive when their students thrive, and that honest, empathetic guidance can make the biggest difference for both families and schools.

When I’m not working with students or schools, you can find me at a beach with my family, or on the baseball field coaching the Derby Academy varsity baseball team.
